Terms of Service

1. Service Description

AdLogica.io is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for multi-platform campaign management, built for digital advertising agencies. The platform enables campaign management across 10+ ad platforms, AI-powered campaign strategy generation, and white-label reporting.

2. Account Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.
  • The service is intended for agency and business use.
  • Each person may maintain one account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

  • You may not use the platform for illegal advertising campaigns.
  • You may not misrepresent your identity or agency affiliation.
  • You may not abuse the platform or attempt to disrupt its operation.
  • You must comply with all applicable advertising platform policies.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscriptions are available on monthly and annual billing cycles.
  • Payment is processed via Stripe. All prices are in USD.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Plan changes take effect immediately with prorated billing.

5. Free Features

The Campaign Strategy Report generator is free to use. No signup or credit card is required. Free reports are subject to fair use limits.

6. Intellectual Property

  • AdLogica.io owns all rights to the platform, including software, design, and documentation.
  • You retain ownership of your campaign data, client data, and generated reports.
  • You grant AdLogica.io a licence to process your data solely for service delivery.

7. White-Label Rights

White-label features are available on Agency tier and above. White-label reports and dashboards may display your agency branding. Usage is subject to our brand guidelines.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of AdLogica.io is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data in accordance with GDPR and Swiss data protection laws.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days notice.
  • Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days.
  • After 30 days, your data will be deleted from our systems.

10. Limitation of Liability

AdLogica.io provides the platform "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Switzerland.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice via email or in-app notification.
